A Forest Escape is a professionally filmed, 12-minute guided forest walk designed to reduce stress, foster mindfulness, and inspire reflection. Led by Bianca van der Stoel, Registered Horticultural Therapist, this video blends gentle presence, vivid imagery, slow pacing, and research-based insights on the therapeutic benefits of nature immersion.
Even when outdoor access isn’t possible, research shows that virtual forest experiences can:
